SMS Terms

Program name: OffShift Alerts ("Program"), operated by OffShift, doing business as OffShift.

What you're signing up for

By entering your phone number in our sign-up form, quiz, or checkout and confirming (including by replying to a confirmation text or by checking the SMS box), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from OffShift at the number you provided. Messages may include shift-friendly sleep tips, offers and discount codes, order and shipping updates, subscription reminders, cart reminders, and review requests. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy OffShift without ever giving us your number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. As a guide, expect up to 8 marketing messages per month, plus transactional messages (order, shipping, subscription) when relevant. We don't send marketing texts between 9pm and 8am in your local time zone, even though we know you're up.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent or received. OffShift does not charge for texts.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You'll receive one final confirmation text and then no further marketing messages. You can also opt out by emailing support@tryoffshift.com with your phone number. Opting out of texts doesn't unsubscribe you from email; use the link in any email for that. If you opt out and later text us or sign up again, you're re-subscribing.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Your number

You represent that you are the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number provided, and that you are 18 or older. If you change or give up your number, please text STOP or email us so we stop messaging a number that's no longer yours.

Privacy

We use Klaviyo to send texts. Your number is used as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
