Every OffShift order ships from our US fulfillment partner within 48 hours, and you get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

Fastest way to track: open the shipping confirmation email with the subject line "Your OffShift order is on its way" and tap the tracking number. It links straight to the carrier.

Can't find the email?

  1. Check spam and promotions folders for mail from support@tryoffshift.com.
  2. Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Orders after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day.
  3. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Still nothing after 3 business days?

Email us with your order number (it starts with #) and the email you used at checkout. A human replies within one shift.
