The short version
- $35 per bottle, shipped every 30 days. That's 20% off the one-time price of $44, for as long as your subscription stays active.
- Free shipping on every subscription shipment.
- Cancel anytime. From your account in a couple of clicks, or by emailing support@tryoffshift.com. No phone call, no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee.
- Your first subscription order is covered by the 60-Night Shift Guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
- You can also skip a shipment, change the ship date, or pause from your account.
How billing works
- First order. You're charged $35 (plus any applicable sales tax) when you place the order. Discount codes that apply to subscriptions (for example, a first-order code) apply to the first shipment only unless the offer says otherwise.
- Renewals. Every 30 days after your first order, we automatically charge the payment method on file $35 (plus applicable tax) and ship your next bottle. You'll get an email reminder before each renewal charge.
- Price. Your subscription price stays at $35 per bottle for as long as your subscription remains active. If we ever need to change the subscription price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before the change with no penalty.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails (expired card, declined), we'll email you and retry over the following days. If it still fails, that shipment is skipped and your subscription may be paused until you update your payment method. You can update your card from your account at any time.
How to cancel, skip, or change
- From your account: log in at tryoffshift.com/account (or use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email), open Subscriptions, and choose Cancel, Skip next order, or Change date. Changes take effect immediately.
- By email: send "cancel my subscription" (or skip/pause) to support@tryoffshift.com from the email on your account. We'll confirm within one business day.
- Timing: to avoid the next charge, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next billing date (shown in your account and in your reminder email). If a renewal is charged after you cancelled through your account or by email, tell us and we'll refund that renewal in full.
- Cancelling stops future charges and shipments. It doesn't affect any shipment already on its way, which you'll still receive.
Guarantee and refunds
Your first Subscribe & Save order is covered by the 60-Night Shift Guarantee: if your sleep isn't better within 60 nights of delivery, email us for a full refund of that order, no return needed. Renewal orders aren't covered by the guarantee; they're covered by cancel-anytime instead. Damaged or wrong items on any shipment are always replaced or refunded.
Other terms
- You must be 18 or older and the authorised holder of the payment method.
- By starting a subscription you authorise OffShift to charge your saved payment method on the recurring schedule above until you cancel.
- Subscriptions are processed through Shopify's subscription system; your payment details are stored by Shopify Payments / our payment processor, not by us.
- We may cancel a subscription at our discretion (for example, if the product is discontinued or a payment can't be collected). We'll email you if that happens, and you won't be charged for anything you don't receive.
- These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service.
